Physical Therapy is like Blogging

Right now for me.. Physical Therapy is like Blogging. The more physical therapy appointments I go to and the more blogs I post, the better I get. Physical Therapy is a little hard for me right now, the initial step by step, slow progress is done. Now more is expected of me and I often walk away wondering how I accomplished it. Ice or Heat is a must after these sessions of physical therapy but, the next day I feel stronger and more confident.

I also need ice or heat after writing a blog most of the time, but I often feel the same after completing and posting a blog: refreshed, more confident in my work, feel like I have my partners back. As you know.. things are little tough for me right now but, I gain a lot of strength every time I complete something. It may knock me down, yet I get a better understanding on what speaks to people and feel more capable in my abilities everyday I work on the blog.

I’m definitely getting a better idea of someone that deals with more than just chronic migraines (although those are killer too) but, chronic pain all over on a daily basis. Some of which work every day. They really amaze me! Maybe that has little to do with this particular blog.. But, I’m sending a big thank you to all those out there with Chronic Migraines, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Lyme Disease… etc.. I appreciate everything you do to help this world go ’round! PTL!

Ok so one more little blurb.. I am currently working on a project I’m calling Night Owl. Things are going slower than I thought they would because of my current condition my body is in but, I assure you it is coming along. This is why I love to work from home doing graphic design because, it allows me to manage my health needs, juggle family and still work. Thank you all for being so patient.

Oh Heather, I really feel for you. As someone challenged with Lyme I can totally relate.
And I’m anxious to hear more about your project.
